Madison Palomo makes her Shrewd debut in the NNPN rolling world premiere of Stephanie Alison Walker's THE MADRES.

A message from Madison

I am incredibly honored to be apart of Shrewd’s Production of The Madres. Not only was I excited to be acting alongside amazing actors but to be directed by the wonderful Lily Wolf and Clarissa Smith-Hernandez as well. Before reading this script, I had known very little about the Dirty War and the Disappeared. It was difficult prepping and stomaching the awful events that occured in order to understand this role. However, it is important to know this history and as awful as this was, this family's story should be known so that this never happens again. Nunca Mas.

About Madison Palomo

Madison Palomo is excited to be apart of the final production of the National New Play Network rolling premiere of The Madres written by Stephanie Alison Walker and directed by Lily Wolf. Madi is from the Rio Grande Valley and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2017 with a BFA in Acting. She is a local actor in both the Austin and RGV areas. Recently she has been seen as Lizzy in The Smartest Girl in The World and as Melanie in Rough Magic. It is an honor to be apart of the show and this wonderful cast and crew.
